Does MicroSets require an account?

No. MicroSets does not require login or an account.

Where is my data stored?

MicroSets stores your profile, workout logs, weight entries, reminder settings, and progress data locally on your device.

How do I delete my data?

Open MicroSets settings and use Reset all app data. This permanently removes your local profile, workout logs, and reminder state. You can also delete the app from your device.

Why are notifications not showing?

Check iOS Settings and confirm notifications are enabled for MicroSets. Then open MicroSets settings and use Enable / refresh notifications.

Are calorie numbers exact?

No. Calories are estimates for habit tracking only. MicroSets is not medical advice.
